Southampton City Council is working to improve air quality in the city by raising pollution awareness in schools and encouraging families to use active travel for shorter journeys instead of cars.
Not-for-profit organisations can apply for grants of up to £4,000 to enable people who are unemployed to use active travel modes to access employment, training or education opportunities.
