Spring into Action

The Spring into Action Toolkit from My Journey Hampshire offers a collection of fun activities for families to enjoy as Spring arrives.

Our 2026 toolkit will launch on 23 February. This year's theme explores the positive connection between walking/wheeling and connectivity - the conversations, listening and shared moments that happen naturally whilst side-by-side.  

Until then, the 2025 toolkit and activity cards are still available below. Families can can use them to get outside, stay active and have fun on their active journeys. There are lots of activities to choose from while walking, wheeling, scooting or cycling on the school journey, during an outdoor activity or in leisure time.
