Welcome to Walktober

Wallktober is the annual, month long challenge that's all about getting your steps up. This year we're focusing on the positive impact that walking has on our mental wellbeing. We have created a series of walking challenges to help you discover these benefits and walk to wellbeing throughout October and beyond!

The NHS has identified five steps that we can all take to improve our mental wellbeing. Our Walktober walking challenges have been designed to reflect each of these steps and ultimately help you feel happier and healthier.
