Run by enthusiastic volunteers who are keen to encourage people to get back on their bikes, they offer:  

• Slow-paced and low-mileage bike rides
• One to one confidence building sessions
• Learn about your local cycle routes
• Group rides for all ages, both adults and children
• Bikes and kiddie trailers to hire
• Most rides are mid-week mornings
