Xelabus

Routes and Timetables

As of 04 January 2021, the following changes will be made to some of the services subsidised by Southampton City Council:

  • The X11 will be run as an unsubsidised service by Xelabus with a reduced weekday-only timetable. The frequency may be increased, and a Saturday service added, when demand returns.
  • The X12 will continue to run as a subsidised service, and in response to customer feedback the route will be modified to include a stop at Tesco’s on Tebourba Way in Millbrook (see green route on map). This route change will allow residents to use this service to travel to Western Community Hospital.
  • The Bitterne Hoppa routes 1,2 and 3 will continue to run as subsidised services with no changes.

Xelabus offers local services around Freemantle, Shirley and Lordshill and the Bitterne Hoppa shopping services. Xelabus also operates a service from Southampton to Bishops Waltham along with buses between Eastleigh and Hedge End via Mansbridge. Details of all the routes and timetables are available on the Xelabus website along wth the complete Xelabus network map.
