Learn how to look after your bike

The Bicycology Guide to Brakes is everything you needed to know about how to fix your brakes and ensure you are cycling safely.   It shows you how to replacing your brake blocks, how to adjust your brake position and brake cable and explains the different type of brake systems.

Sustrans Cycle Skills is an information presentation which takes you through overall bike maintenance including how to remove a wheel and fix a puncture.  It also shows you what tools you need to look after your bike.

Bike skills

Sustrans Bike It Ray has created some great short videos helping you and you children to become confident cyclists, from stopping and starting to cornering., as well ask bike maintenance and how to clean your bike in under 10 minutes! 

The Bikeability Trust is a charity which helps people to have the confidence to cycle and enjoy this skill for life.
