Southampton Bike Kitchen

We want to help you fix your own bike!

Southampton Bike Kitchen is a DIY workshop where Southampton residents can learn the skills necessary to fix their own bikes. Set up by My Journey Southampton, this service is Southampton's first ever 'Bike Kitchen' and has been open since February 2016 - first at SoMakeIt, and now at The Hub Cycleworks

How it works

You fix your bike yourself - with help from our knowledgeable volunteers.

Volunteers will on hand to answer any questions, provide help, guidance and advice.

Use the space and equipment for FREE!

Please note: you will be required to work on your own bike at all times. Bikes do not get serviced or repaired by the volunteers. If you need replacement parts or more extensive repairs, these can be provided by the Hub Cycleworks at a cost.  Wear suitable clothing and be prepared to get your hands dirty!
